The total number of tours during the months of February - May ("Tour Season") will be limited to no more than 90. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. When 90 tour time slots are filled, tour scheduling is closed. Tours scheduled outside of this time frame will not be subject to this restriction.

Mock Oral Arguments and Educational Tours are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on a limited basis (see the schedule below).

Mock Oral Arguments can be conducted in 60 minutes but will be modified and will require teachers to conduct preliminary class work prior to arrival. It is still preferred that groups allow 90 minutes for a Mock Oral Argument Tour.
- No Mock Oral Arguments will be held during Oral Argument week. For the Florida Supreme Court Oral Argument schedule, please refer to THE YEARLY SCHEDULE FOUND ON THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT WEBSITE.

Only Educational Tours will be scheduled during Oral Argument week. There will be one tour per day at 3pm ONLY.
