CLE/CJE ACCREDITATION: The Florida Bar has approved 2.00 hours of general Continuing Legal Education credit (including 1.50 hours of Marital and Family Law Certification credit) for the completion of this training module. Individuals are required to post this CLE activity using the appropriate forms on the Florida Bar website, www.floridabar.org, in order to receive credit. Please refer to course #57149. An application requesting accreditation from the Court Education Division of the Office of the State Courts Administrator has been submitted and is pending approval. This information will be updated once the Office of Court Improvement is notified as to whether or not CJEs will be offered for this training. Participants who complete this training program prior to its approval for CJEs may contact the Office of Court Improvement to request credit retroactively.
