TOUR REQUEST FORM
 
Use this form to register for Mock OAs, Educational Tours,
the Making My Vote Count! Program (entire program)
 or the
Journey Through Justice Program (Supreme Court portion only)
  1. The total number of tours during the months of February - May ("Tour Season") will be limited to no more than 90. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. When 90 tour time slots are filled, tour scheduling is closed. Tours scheduled outside of this time frame will not be subject to this restriction.
  2. Mock Oral Arguments and Educational Tours are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on a limited basis (see the schedule below).
  3. Friday Tour Dates/Times are reserved for the Middle School Civics Tour - Call for details! 850.921.9446
  4. Mock Oral Arguments can be conducted in 60 minutes but will be modified and will require teachers to conduct preliminary class work prior to arrival. It is still preferred that groups allow 90 minutes for a Mock Oral Argument Tour.
  5. No Mock Oral Arguments will be held during Oral Argument week. For the Florida Supreme Court Oral Argument schedule, please refer to THE YEARLY SCHEDULE FOUND ON THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT WEBSITE.
  6. Only Educational Tours will be scheduled during Oral Argument week. There will be one tour per day at 3pm ONLY.
  7. NOTE: All tour requests are not finalized until a calendaring item has been sent to your email account from the Supreme Court Courtroom Email Account.
  8. NOTE: The Florida Supreme Court reserves the right to cancel any tours that conflict with its normal operation of business.
The current Tour Schedule for both Mock OAs and Educational Tours is listed below:
Mondays: No Tours
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am, 11am, 1:30pm and 3pm
Wednesday: 1pm and 3pm
Friday: No Morning Tours: Reserved for Middle School Civics Tour - Call 850.921.9446 for details.

The FLORIDA SUPREME COURT ORAL ARGUMENT DATES ARE LISTED BELOW. NO MOCK OA TOURS WILL BE SCHEUDLED DURING THESE DAYS.

Date MUST be in MM/DD/YYYY format - or you will get an error message! Please be aware that no tours will be given on Mondays, Wednesday mornings or Fridays (except the Middle School Civics Tour - call for details).

Times are Eastern Standard Time. More than one option can be chosen when booking the same group at multiple times on the same day (no need to submit multiple requests). NOTE: Educational Tours are usually 45 minutes - 1 hour.

6.  Local counties for the MAKING MY VOTE COUNT! tours - (Leon Gadsden and Wakulla) can choose a local option.
Option B is available for those schools that will be using local buses for transportation and have only a limited time for a field trip. The Museum of Florida History will provide the Executive Branch portion of the program in your classroom.

The desired group size for a Mock OA is 13 - 27 students. However, larger groups of 50 can be accommodated.
