Earnestine Reshard, has recently joined our unit as our new Senior Court Analyst II. She comes to us from the private sector where she worked as a Training Coordinator for the Human Resources Department. She conducted soft skills training workshops for a workforce of two-hundred in the areas of "Managing Conflict," Effective Communications, and Team building. Earnestine has more than twenty years of experience in the public service arena. She is a two time graduate of Florida State University (G-o-o Seminoles!) where she obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and a Masters in Public Adminstration.
