The Thirteenth Circuit celebrated Mediation Day with an Ethics Panel luncheon, the panelist were Charles Castagna, Gregory Firestone and Chris Shulman. The annual mediation awards were presented. Jeb Tanzer received the Robert Baker Memorial Award and Gloria Wiley received the Joseph Klienbaum Memorial Award.
