2005 DRC Conference Overview

The Dispute Resolution Center will be hosting it's 14th Annual Conference for Mediators and Arbitrators: Great Expectations on August 25-27, 2005 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando. This year the DRC is hosting one conference for all certified mediators. The Conference will offer the following activities:

August 25, 2005 |
Certified Arbitration Training (10 am-5 pm) (seperate registration fee required)
Early Conference Registration & Reception (5 pm -7 pm)
FAPM Business/Membership Meetings (7 pm - 8:30 pm) |
Friday
August 26, 2005 |
Registration (7:30 am)
Conference for Mediators & Arbitrators (8:30 am - 5 pm) Evening

Saturday
August 27, 2005 |
Conference for Mediators & Arbitrators (8 am - 11:45 am) |
The Conference is eligible for up to 12.0 hours of CME including a minimum of 2.2 mediator ethics. Domestic violence hours and additional ethics hours will be available via individual workshop selections. There is no CME credit given for the Arbitration Training. Educational credits for Florida attorneys will be applied for. Unfortunately, CEU credits for mental health professionals will not be available.

All certified mediators will automatically receive their registration brochures in June. The early bird registration fee is $125 for the Conference and $125 (postmarked by July 23) for the Arbitration Training. |
