U.S. Supreme Court Asserts Ascendancy of Federal Arbitration Act over State Law

Governor Jeb Bush issued a proclamation for Mediation Week October 16-22, 2005 and Chief Justice Barbara J. Pariente issued a proclamation for Conflict Resolution Day October 20, 2005. This day was recognized around the country to increase public awareness about conflict resolution and its many benefits. Many circuits throughout the state designated a day or week long events in honor of this occasion. If you know of additional events, please let us know.
