U.S. Supreme Court Asserts Ascendancy of Federal Arbitration Act over State Law

| Governor Jeb Bush issued a proclamation for Mediation Week October 16-22, 2005 and Chief Justice Barbara J. Pariente issued a proclamation for Conflict Resolution Day October 20, 2005. This day was recognized around the country to increase public awareness about conflict resolution and its many benefits.
