Policy Changes at DRC

**** Publication of CME Training Opportunities on DRC Website**** |
PLEASE NOTE: Given the proliferation of CME training (which we are delighted to see) and the current staffing of the DRC (which has not increased in years), we are unable to support the maintenance of a web site that requires daily updates as trainers add new programs and dates. In order to continue to provide mediators with information on CME opportunities, our new policy will be to retain contact information and active links to trainer web sites (where applicable) while removing the specific dates for upcoming CME activities. The DRC will continue to send out hard copies of the list of CME programs we are aware of with the renewal packets which are sent out monthly.

**** Listening to CME Tapes at the Dispute Resolution Center **** |
In the past, the DRC made provisions for local certified mediators to schedule time in our office to listen to CME tapes to meet their continuing education requirements. Due to the lack of available conference room space we regret that we can no longer offer this service at the Supreme Court Building. Contact the DRC (850-921-2910) to schedule a time to listen to tapes in a private room at the B.L. Perry Public Library Branch located at 2801 S. Adams Street, Tallahassee. |
