Final Report and Recommendations - April, 2008

The Task Force was established through Administrative Order
(AOSC06-53)
to study and examine the efficient and effective management of complex litigation and the resolution of discovery and other pre-trial matters in litigation. The Task Force will recommend actions needed to effectively and efficiently process complex litigation and preserve judicial resources related to the resolution of discovery and other pre-trial matters in litigation.
