The pandemic influenza planning template is now available. The template is an additional planning tool to help local courts prepare for a possible influenza pandemic as described in the Florida State Courts Strategy for Pandemic Influenza released on March 29, 2006. The template is designed to serve as an appendix to the existing continuity of operations plan (COOP).

The links below will allow access to the templates provided to the branch emergency coordinating officers at the July 31 and August 1, 2002 training. The templates are available online in two formats. If you need the templates in a differenct format, please contact Tom Long at longt@flcourts.org.
