2004 - 2005 Self Assessment Results

During the 2004 and 2005 family court conferences, each conference participant completed a self assessment instrument to determine the extent to which his or her circuit has implemented the unified family court elements (access to services, case management, family law advisory group, alternative dispute resolution, security, continuing education for judges and court staff, and technology). These responses serve as a valuable tool that aids in tracking progress made and identifying obstacles faced in the implementation of unified family court.
