Court Employees and Events in the Media

Throughout the year, court employees and events are often highlighted by the media. In an effort to applaud these occurences, we will provide links here that will allow visitors to share in our excitement.
	In the Government Technology, March 2006 issue, an article titled "Smart System" describes the new Judicial Inquiry System (JIS) that gives judges the data to make more informed decisions about how to sentence defendants. The article highlights the Honorable Charles Francis, Second Judicial Circuit of Florida and Mike Love, State Court Technology Officer.
	In the Judges' Journal, Fall 2005 issue, an article titled "Is Big Bad? Timeliness and Consistency on Large State Appellate Courts" was written by the Honorable Martha C. Warner, Fourth District Court of Appeal and chair of the statewide DCA Performance and Accessibility Commission, and Steve Henley, court operations consultant with OSCA.
