In a continuation of the planning process, development of an operational plan has nearly concluded. The operational plan will outline the three-year priorities of the branch that relate to each of the issues and goals of the Long-Range Strategic Plan. Operational plan assumptions and expectations have been verified with OSCA leadership. Also, a tracking mechanism has been developed to ensure activities are being executed and to facilitate the overall implementation and management of the operational plan. Draft activities relating to each of the goals have been identified through working with each program area, reviewing relevant court related literature, and analyzing continuing court initiatives. These activities were further defined to ensure they are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. Once finalized and approved, these activities will be used to achieve the strategic priorities over the next three years.
