In a continuation of the planning process, development of the three-year operational plan has begun. The operational plan will outline the 3-year priorities of the branch that relate to each of the issues, goals, and strategies of the Long-Range Strategic Plan.
The activities relating to each of the strategies have been identified through working with each program area. These activities identify the tactics that will be used to achieve the strategic priorities over the next three years.
