Florida Dependency Court Information System: A statewide dependency court data management system.

Judicial Inquiry System: This solution streamlines the Florida judicial process, enabling cross-agency information sharing quickly and efficiently, while dramatically reducing court case backlogs and court case costs.

    Implementation of Senate Bill 1718:
On May27, 2009, Senate Bill 1718, Chapter 2009-61 was signed into law and it requests that the court establish e-filing standards by July 1, 2009 to be used by the clerks of court to implement electronic filing.  This legislation requests that the standards specify the information that the clerks of court need to perform their duties and that the judiciary needs for case management, and directs the clerks of court to begin implementation no later than October 1, 2009.

Statewide Standards for Electronic Access to the Courts (E-Court Standards):
Pursuant to Section 16, Chapter 2009-61, Laws of Florida (Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 1718), the Supreme Court has established Statewide Standards for Electronic Access to the Courts (as noted in AOSC09-30).

Read the COMPLETE Administrative Order AOSC09-30, which was Adopted on July 1, 2009.
