Statewide Standards for Electronic Access to the Courts
Pursuant to Section 16, Chapter 2009-61, Laws of Florida (Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 1718), the Supreme Court has established Statewide Standards for Electronic Access to the Courts, through Administrative Order AOSC09-30, which was Adopted on July 1, 2009. 

Trial Court Technology Needs Assessment
Adopted in 2003 through Administrative Order AOSC03-16, the Trial Court Needs Assessment sets forth a strategic plan, functional requirements, and technical standards for the trial court automation systems and workflow.

Electronic Filing/Electronic Process Applications

E-Filing Application RTF and PDF
This application is used for any request for a “formal” e-filing system which: a) includes the electronic receipt and storage of a .PDF document; b) must include the submission of a pre-formatted cover sheet containing eXtensible Markup Language (.XML);  c) provides the option to eliminate paper filing submissions; and any system that involves a third party provider or service. These submissions are generally classified as Moderate or High complexity. 

E-Process Application RTF and PDF
This application is used for any request for an automated process/system which: a)  uses electronic signatures on a document; b) uses a printed copy of an e-mailed document to place in the case file; and c) any system that provides electronic distribution, outside of the court, of orders to parties in a case. These submissions are generally classified as Low complexity.
