Executive Assistant to State Courts Administrator
Office of the State Courts Administrator; Tallahassee, Florida
The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide high-level administrative support to the state courts administrator. The position is responsible for preparing and proofreading correspondence and other documents, communicating complex information, managing the state courts administrator’s schedule and coordinating other meetings, and tracking office expenditures. The position works independently, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
Education and Training Guidelines

Five years of related experience.

Experience providing high-level administrative support to an executive level position, state senior management official, or comparable professional.
Experience interacting with judges, elected officials, executive level managers, and the public.
Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Experience with state travel, purchasing, purchasing card, and other administrative systems and procedures.
