Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records
- As recommended by the Florida Courts Technology Commission and to facilitate appropriate differentiated levels of access to court records, the Supreme Court has adopted Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records
and an Access Security Matrix
. Each clerk of court must use the approved On-line Electronic Records Access Application to apply for approval of its electronic records access system and approval to provide online access to electronic court records. For further information see AOSC20-108

Florida Courts E-Filing Portal Standards
- In 2009, at the request of the Legislature, the Supreme Court set statewide standards for clerks to use when implementing e-filing. The standards have been continuously revised and the updated version of the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal Standards
are defined in AOSC20-77. These standards supersede the 2009 standards
.
Court Application Processing System (CAPS)
- CAPS is a computer application designed for in-court and in-chambers use by trial judges or their staff to access and use electronic case files and other data sources in the course of managing cases, scheduling and conducting hearings, adjudicating disputed issues, and recording and reporting judicial activity.
Filing Electronic Court Documents Standards and Document Storage and Backup of Electronic Records Standards
- These standards identify the requirements for filing documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and storing and backing up electronic court records. For further information see AOSC19-23

which grants clerks of court extension requests to the Portable Document Format for Archiving (PDF/A) deadline established in AOSC19-23

Electronic Court Proceedings
- The Supreme Court issued AOSC20-106
which details specifications for Electronic Court Proceedings that utilize remote appearance technology.
Integration and Interoperability Document
- Identifies hardware and software platforms, network infrastructure, and methods for data exchange. This document is mainly used by the court technology officers.
OASIS Electronic Court Filing Version 5.0 ECF
- This document is a specification developed by the OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee. It defines a technical architecture and a set of components, operations and message structures for an electronic court filing system and sets forth rules governing its implementation.

Data Exchange Standards
- These standards identify the specifications to standardize the transfer of data between two or more data systems while remaining flexible enough to tailor the exchange particulars required to the specific needs of those systems.
Technical and Functional Standards for Digital Court Recording (DCR)
- This document provides detailed specifications for DCR systems which meets the court's needs for operating and managing the recording of court proceedings and hearings for the purpose of providing transcripts of court proceedings mandated by Florida Statutes.
Standards for Electronic Recordkeeping Systems
- These standards establish minimum requirements for the creation, utilization, maintenance, retention, preservation, storage and disposition of electronic records that are permanently recorded or stored either temporarily or for the long term. For further information see AOSC10-17
